Full-Stack Engineer at BairesDev

In this role, you'll build a modern, component-based frontend for a monolithic, multi-tenant platform serving tens of white-labeled bank instances. Because the platform is monolithic, you won't be frontend-only: you'll also write PHP/Laravel endpoints and fix bugs in the existing codebase when frontend work requires it. This is your opportunity to work at the intersection of legacy modernization and modern component architecture, keeping UI/UX consistent across dozens of white-labeled tenants while collaborating closely with PHP and DevOps engineers.

What You'll Do:

- Build React components and views from existing PHP-rendered pages.
- Write PHP/Laravel endpoints and fix codebase bugs when frontend work requires backend changes.
- Integrate frontend components with backend APIs.
- Keep UI/UX consistent across multiple white-labeled tenant instances.
- Contribute frontend considerations to an ongoing ORM migration.
- Participate in code review, sprint planning, and daily syncs.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Strong proficiency in React.
- Solid JavaScript/TypeScript skills, including state management with Context, Redux, or similar.
- Hands-on coding experience with PHP/Laravel, not read-only.
- Experience with Tailwind.
- Experience consuming REST APIs and understanding backend contract design.
- Background with relational databases and data modeling.
- Experience with incremental modernization of legacy server-rendered UI.
- Comfort with Git-based workflows, including branching, PRs, and code review.
- Advanced proficiency in English.

Nice to have:

- Experience with event-driven architecture.
- Banking, fintech, or regulated-industry experience.
- Experience with AWS, including frontend asset deployment and CI/CD.
- Background with multi-tenant or white-label product architectures.
