PURE HomeRiver is looking for an
PHR Way Projects & Programs Manager
Come join our team!
PURE HomeRiver is seeking a PHR Way Projects & Programs Manager who finds satisfaction in taking an idea, turning it into a plan, and seeing it successfully adopted across the organization.
You are the kind of person who enjoys taking ownership of an initiative and figuring out what will move it forward. When a new program or project comes your way, you're ready to understand the goal, build a path forward, bring the right people together, and keep momentum going. You're comfortable balancing multiple priorities, making thoughtful decisions, and finding solutions when challenges arise.
In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for PHR Way Programs while managing the implementation and adoption of current and new programs. You'll partner with various directing leaders to plan rollouts, develop training resources, drive adoption, and provide ongoing support. You'll also manage relationships with designated third-party partners, helping troubleshoot issues, improve program effectiveness, and maintain strong partnerships with the vendors who support our teams.
Not every project will follow the original plan. You'll identify where adoption is falling short, work with the PHR Way Audit team to address gaps, coordinate retraining when needed, and use program data to identify opportunities for improvement. You'll also lead and execute projects across multiple areas of the business, including consolidations, operational training, and other PHR Way initiatives, keeping milestones moving and communiciations with stakeholders along the way.
There's a lot of momentum in this work. Programs need to launch, teams need to understand them, leaders need to see the value, and the right people need to stay connected throughout the process. You're someone who enjoys having ownership, working across teams, and figuring out how to turn a moving target into something people can actually execute.
If you're the person who sees an opportunity, starts building the path forward, and takes pride in getting people and projects from "we should do this" to "this is working", we'd like to meet you.
