Physical design RC extraction engineer/technical manager

1.Lead the development and enhancement of RC extraction flow for advanced physical designs
2.Drive RC extraction flow development for heterogeneous integration technologies, including CPO and 3DIC
3.Collaborate with EDA vendors to advance RC extraction methodologies
4.Perform FOM RC analysis to identify and propose DTCO opportunities

Requirements

1.Familiar with RC extraction tool (StarRC, QRC, QRCFS ) and environment.
2.Familiar with Cadence Innovus or Synopsys FC
3.Familiar with STA timing analysis
4.Programing ability in Python or Perl or C is preferred
5.Good working attitude, responsibility to new fields.
