THE ROLE:
A technical contributor that focus on advanced package and RDL implementation. The position will involve interfacing with Package, CAD and design team, understand and optimize 3DIC RDL implementation. This is an exciting opportunity to work on the cutting edge of APU or ASIC design.
THE PERSON:
Expect a strong technical contributor with good package, Physical Verification or RDL experience, and excel as part of a team where communication and team skills are highly valued.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work on 3DIC RDL implementation with global team for large scale chip.
- Focus on RDL routing implementation including signal/power/ground RDL
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Good knowledge on RDL implementation is a must.
- Familiar with general IC design flow, familiar with digital physical design flow and EDA tool (Synopsys and Mentor) is preferred.
- Knowledge of SOC ESD protection and ESD perc check is preferred.
- Experience or knowledge on 3DIC package is preferred.
- Ability of utilizing AI tools to improve efficiency.
- Good communication skills, self-driven, proactive and teamwork.
- Good spoken and written English
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related discipline
