PHYSICAL THERAPIST (3136)

Job Summary:

This position is for a PRN PT for our growing outpatient therapy clinic. The ideal candidate will have prior outpatient therapy experience. The therapist will provide physical therapy services to our guests in a one on one therapy setting with a variety of diagnoses with a heavy orthopedic focus. We are looking for a staff member who provides excellent customer service to our patients and has great communication skills. Job duties include: Provides initial evaluations, develops plan of care, provides ongoing treatment, revises treatment plan as needed, discharges patient from skilled service and provides supervision to LPTAs and students.
