Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant

Location: Quincy Village | Waynesboro, PA

Benchmark Therapies is looking for Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistants to join our team at Quincy Village, a senior living community in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania.

This would be a great fit for a PTA who enjoys working with older adults and wants the time and support to provide thoughtful, individualized care. At Benchmark, we believe therapy should feel personal. Our clinicians are trusted to use their judgment, build strong relationships, and focus on helping residents stay safe, active, confident, and independent.

What You’ll Do

• Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility, safety, and confidence
• Support residents in maintaining their independence and aging in place
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, nursing staff, and other members of the care team
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support each resident’s goals
• Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and facility systems
• Contribute to a supportive, team-focused therapy department

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistance program
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing
• A genuine interest in working with older adults
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A thoughtful, dependable, and team-oriented approach to care
