Uplift HomeCare is looking for a motivated, dependable, and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing home health team. We are seeking a PTA to provide quality in-home therapy services throughout Tampa and surrounding communities.

The primary service area is centered around Dale Mabry Highway & Waters Avenue, and surrounding Tampa neighborhoods.

COMPENSATION

Competitive per-visit compensation based on experience and visit type.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Assist patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
• Document visits accurately and timely.
• Communicate patient progress and changes with the supervising therapist and clinical team.
• Help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals in the comfort of their homes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license.
• Previous home health experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.
