What You'll Do
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy focused on improving mobility, strength, balance, safety, and functional independence
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve the best patient outcomes
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants in accordance with state licensure requirements
- Complete timely, accurate documentation that supports quality patient care and regulatory requirements
