Blue Stone Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team at Sterling Park Senior Living in Waite Park, MN.
This is an opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships while helping adults and older adults regain mobility, improve function, and maintain their independence. You'll work alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team providing individualized physical therapy in a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation setting.

What You’ll Do
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy focused on improving mobility, balance, strength, safety, pain management, and functional independence
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve the best patient outcomes
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants in accordance with state licensure requirements
- Complete timely, accurate documentation supporting quality patient care and regulatory compliance
