What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate and treat patients referred for physical therapy, ensuring comprehensive, individualized care.
• Maintain and submit all reports and records related to patient evaluations and progress.
• Supervise and mentor staff and student physical therapists/assistants in the department.
• Maintain inventory of materials and supplies for the department.
• Communicate with referral sources and those involved in the active management of patients to provide updates on treatment progress or modifications.
• Practice in alignment with the American Physical Therapy Association Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
• Foster a culture of patient-centered care, quality, and safety excellence.
