Make a Difference Every Day — Where Personalized Care Comes First!

Looking for a Physical Therapy role where you can focus on one patient at a time, build meaningful relationships, and make a lasting impact?

At Bridgewater Retirement Community (BRC), we believe great rehabilitation starts with one-on-one, individualized outpatient care. We prioritize meaningful patient connections, personalized treatment plans, and functional goals—not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Join our team as a full-time Physical Therapist and enjoy the opportunity to focus on each individual's unique needs, celebrate their progress, and help older adults maintain mobility, independence, and quality of life.

What Makes BRC Different?

  • 1:1 Individualized Care: Focus on the person in front of you and tailor treatment to their goals.

  • A Relationship-Driven Culture: Build lasting connections with residents and see the impact of your care.

  • Supportive Team Environment: Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that values your expertise.

  • Professional Growth: Benefit from supportive leadership, mentorship, and opportunities to grow your skills.

  • A Unique Continuum of Care: Primarily serve Independent Living residents in our outpatient clinic, with opportunities to support residents across Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation, and Long-Term Care.

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,500!

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate residents and develop personalized, evidence-based plans of care.

  • Provide individualized therapy for orthopedic, neurological, balance, and mobility-related conditions.

  • Educate residents, families, and caregivers on mobility, safety, adaptive equipment, and functional independence.

  • Monitor progress, reassess needs, and adapt treatment plans to help residents achieve their goals.

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and participate in care conferences and family meetings.

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and supervise PTAs, students, and other applicable support staff in accordance with professional standards.

Who We're Looking For

A compassionate, dedicated Physical Therapist who values individualized care, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about helping older adults live life to the fullest.
