Benchmark Therapies is looking for Full-Time and Part-Time Physical Therapists to join our team at Green Ridge Village, a welcoming senior living community in Newville, PA.

This is a great opportunity for PTs who enjoy working with older adults and want to help residents stay strong, confident, mobile, and independent. You’ll be part of a collaborative therapy team that values relationships, communication, and quality care.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individualized physical therapy services based on each resident’s needs and goals
• Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility, safety, confidence, and independence
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
• Collaborate closely with nursing, therapy, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
• Use your clinical judgment to develop thoughtful, resident-centered plans of care
• Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and facility systems
• Contribute to a supportive, team-focused therapy department

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist program
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license in good standing
• A genuine interest in working with older adults
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills
• A compassionate, dependable, and resident-centered approach
• Someone who values being part of a supportive and collaborative team
