Full-Time Physical Therapist

Full-Time: $5,000 Net Sign-On Bonus

Benchmark Therapies is looking for a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team at Kirkland Village in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

We’re looking for a PT who enjoys working with older adults and values having the time to get to know residents, understand their goals, and provide thoughtful, individualized care.

This is a supportive therapy environment where collaboration matters and clinicians are encouraged to use their judgment and focus on what is most meaningful for each resident.

For our full-time position, we’re offering a $5,000 net sign-on bonus, paid in full on your first paycheck.

What You’ll Do

• Complete physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care

• Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility, safety, and confidence

• Support residents in maintaining their independence and participating in the activities that matter to them

• Work closely with residents, families, nursing staff, and other members of the care team

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support each resident’s goals

• Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and facility systems

• Contribute to a supportive, team-focused therapy department

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license in good standing

• An interest in working with older adults

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• A dependable, thoughtful, and team-oriented approach to care
