Benchmark Therapies is looking for a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team at Westminster Village in Dover, Delaware.

If you’re a PT who enjoys working with older adults and wants the time, trust, and support to provide thoughtful, individualized care, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Complete physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
• Provide skilled treatment based on each resident’s needs, abilities, and personal goals
• Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility, safety, confidence, and independence
• Support residents in staying active and involved in the things that matter to them
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, nursing staff, and other members of the care team
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support each resident’s goals and quality of life
• Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and facility systems
• Be part of a positive, supportive, and collaborative therapy environment

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Delaware Physical Therapist license in good standing
• A genuine interest in working with older adults
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A thoughtful, dependable, and team-oriented approach to care
• Someone who values relationships, clinical judgment, and individualized care
