Full-Time Physical Therapist

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus - paid in full during first payroll

Benchmark Therapies is looking for a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team at Asbury Bethany Village in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.

What You’ll Do

• Complete physical therapy evaluations and create individualized plans of care
• Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility, endurance, safety, and confidence
• Support residents in staying as independent and active as possible
• Work closely with PTAs and the rest of the therapy team to provide consistent, thoughtful care
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, nursing staff, and other members of the care team
• Communicate progress, changes in condition, and recommendations with the interdisciplinary team
• Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and facility systems
• Be part of a positive, supportive team environment

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license in good standing
• Someone who genuinely enjoys working with older adults
• Strong communication and people skills
• A team-focused clinician who values thoughtful, individualized care
• Senior living, long-term care, or geriatric experience is a plus, but not required
