Job Duties Include:

• Performing patient evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans

• Providing evidence-based physical therapy interventions and evaluating treatment effectiveness

• Educating patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and wellness strategies

• Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with clinic and regulatory guidelines

• Collaborating with other healthcare providers as needed

• Participating in mentorship and continuing education opportunities to further clinical skills

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed therapist in North Carolina, maintain current licensure and provide license annually

• Must be able to lift, sit, stand, walk, push, pull, stoop, squat, bend and reach using good body mechanics

• Must practice and abide by HIPAA, Federal and State privacy regulations
