As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, NTSOC prioritizes client care over profit. Our model ensures that every decision is made with the well-being of our clients in mind, independent of corporate ownership. We proudly serve families in Southern Colorado, including children and young adults with disabilities as well as homebound populations. We offer compassionate, high-quality care through home health and outpatient services, and professional training programs. Our services include occupational, physical, and speech therapies, as well as CNA training. At NTSOC, we are committed to achieving the best possible outcomes as defined collaboratively by our clients, their families, and our care teams. We are salary based but offer additional incentive pay.

Salary: $93,000.00 up to $150,000 per year
