Fast Rehab, the physical therapy division of Foot & Ankle Associates, is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) for our growing Lake Norman, North Carolina practice.
We offer a unique outpatient orthopedic physical therapy opportunity specializing in sports rehabilitation, musculoskeletal injuries, postoperative rehabilitation, manual therapy, gait and balance training, and lower extremity conditions.
Unlike traditional high-volume physical therapy clinics, our therapists treat a maximum of 10 patients per day, providing individualized, one-on-one care without double-booking.
