Physical Therapist (Outpatient)

• Full-Time\: Flexible options for 8, 9, or 10-hour days

1-on-1, 45-minute follow up appointments; 1-Hour initial assessments. Position will be general Outpatient, possible patient population could include women’s health (pelvic health), lymphedema, oncology, neuro, vestibular, and/or running

General Summary\:

The Physical Therapist assumes a dynamic leadership role on the interdisciplinary patient care teams. This individual identifies patient care needs, develops a plan of care and goals in collaboration with the patient, provides a wide variety of treatment techniques within the scope of practice, provides education and support to patients/families, and facilitates continuing care planning.

The therapist participates in staff management, cost management, and professional practice activities. The therapist is responsible for demonstrating excellent customer service and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the department.
