Physical Therapist

We are seeking a motivated, patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our clinic team! The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping patients improve mobility, regain strength, manage pain, and achieve their functional goals through individualized treatment plans.

Position Summary

The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life in an outpatient clinic setting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and assess physical abilities, mobility, strength, balance, and range of motion.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.

• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other appropriate physical therapy interventions.

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.

• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation.

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.

• Ensure compliance with applicable clinical standards, professional guidelines, and organizational policies.

• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)

• Current, unrestricted Missouri Physical Therapist license.

• Strong communication, organization, and patient-care skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
