Are you a passionate Physical Therapist who loves working with children and wants to be part of a supportive, collaborative team?
Pediatric Therapy Associates (PTA) is growing, and we’re looking for an energetic and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Aiken, SC clinic. We provide multidisciplinary pediatric therapy for children and young adults ages 0–21, helping each patient build confidence, independence, and the skills they need to thrive.

At PTA, you won’t just be another therapist on the team. We believe in mentorship, collaboration, professional growth, and patient-centered care—while creating a fun environment where children look forward to therapy.

What You’ll Do:
Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
Provide engaging, evidence-based treatment tailored to each child’s unique needs and goals.
Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate, timely documentation.
Partner with parents and caregivers to communicate goals, progress, and home exercise programs.
Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other professionals to provide well-rounded care.
Maintain compliance with South Carolina PT regulations, federal requirements, and HIPAA standards.
Stay current with pediatric therapy best practices through continuing education and professional development.
Bring creativity, energy, and enthusiasm to every treatment session.
What We’re Looking For
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in South Carolina.
Knowledge of pediatric rehabilitation techniques and developmental milestones.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to evaluate, prioritize, and adapt to a dynamic caseload.
A genuine passion for helping children reach their potential.
A creative and patient-centered approach to therapy.
