Join our Therapy team at The Shores in Ocean City. This per diem position offers $60 per hour with flexible daytime scheduling. Flexible scheduling, work up to 40 hours a week.

About the Community
The Shores is a community serving residents in assisted living, memory support, skilled nursing, and short-term rehabilitation. Our Therapy team plays an essential role in helping residents regain strength, mobility, and independence so they can enjoy the best possible quality of life.

What You'll Do

• Assess residents and develop personalized therapy plans that support mobility, function, and quality of life
• Deliver skilled therapy services focused on improving strength, balance, movement, and daily independence
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and resident progress
• Partner with nurses, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate resident care
• Share updates on goals and progress with residents, families, and care team members as appropriate
• Practice in accordance with professional standards, facility guidelines, and applicable state regulations for physical therapy services in New Jersey

What You'll Need

Required:

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
• Active New Jersey PT license
• Prior experience treating adults in a sub-acute and/or home care setting

Preferred:

• Experience with Net Health Therapy documentation software
