Full-Time or PRN Physical Therapist

Location: Asbury Methodist Village | Gaithersburg, MD

Benchmark Therapies is looking for Full-Time and PRN Physical Therapists to join our team at Asbury Methodist Village in Gaithersburg, Maryland.

This could be a great fit for a PT who enjoys working with older adults and wants to be part of a supportive, collaborative therapy team.

What You’ll Do

• Complete physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
• Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility, safety, confidence, and independence
• Support residents in staying active and involved in the things that matter to them
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, nursing staff, and other members of the care team
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support each resident’s goals and quality of life
• Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and facility systems
• Be part of a positive, team-focused therapy environment

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Maryland Physical Therapist license in good standing
• A genuine interest in working with older adults
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A thoughtful, dependable, and team-oriented approach to care
