Physical Therapist PRN - Weekends

We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) for weekend coverage to join our team at Dukes Memorial Hospital in Peru, Indiana. This is a great opportunity for a PT who enjoys working with patients in a hospital setting and is looking for flexible PRN weekend hours.

The Physical Therapist will develop individualized treatment plans, provide skilled physical therapy services, monitor resident progress, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team. The PT will also provide guidance and supervision to Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) as appropriate.

Responsibilities:

Resident Assessment and Treatment: Evaluate residents' functional abilities. Establish and execute a plan of care based on individual goals to improve resident's safety, functional mobility, and overall independence.

Documentation: Complete timely and accurate documentation.

Supervision: Provide appropriate guidance and supervision to Physical Therapy Assistants.

Professional Development: Participate or lead team development meetings.
