What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapist with PREMIER THERAPY, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact through personalized, resident-centered rehabilitation.

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans to address their functional needs and rehabilitation goals.

• Provide skilled physical therapy services focused on strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.

• Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, safety, and strategies for continued progress.

• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and celebrate meaningful milestones along the way.

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

• Current Ohio Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.

• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
