Physical Therapist (PT) Part-Time

What You’ll Do

As a part-time Physical Therapist with Premier Therapy, you’ll help residents regain strength, mobility, and confidence through individualized rehabilitation in a skilled nursing setting. This role exists to support safe function and greater independence for the people we serve.

Key responsibilities include evaluating residents, creating and updating treatment plans, delivering therapeutic interventions, documenting progress, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to meet rehab goals.

Required qualifications/skills:
- Current Physical Therapist license (or eligibility) in the applicable state
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility or geriatric rehab preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, clear documentation, and patient-centered communication
- Reliable teamwork and professionalism
