Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health | New Rochelle, NY | Part-Time | $65–$85 Per Visit
Stern at Home Therapy is hiring Physical Therapists (PTs) to provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes in and around New Rochelle, NY.

What You'll Do:
As a Physical Therapist with Stern at Home Therapy, you will evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric patient population in their homes throughout the New Rochelle area.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
- Provide one-on-one treatments based on each patient's functional needs and goals.
- Manage individualized treatment plans with clinical autonomy.
- Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, safety, and overall function.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and members of the clinical team.
- Coordinate with our administrative team regarding scheduling, patient care, and logistics.
- Manage your caseload based on your availability and employment structure.
Compensation:
We offer part-time W-2 and part-time 1099 compensation options.
Part-Time W-2:
- $55–$65 per visit, based on experience.
- $75 per 4-unit evaluation.
Part-Time 1099:
- $72 per follow-up visit.
- $85 per evaluation.

Qualifications:
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in New York required.
- Reliable transportation required.
