Physical Therapist

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to provide comprehensive, patient-centered rehabilitation services within a clinical healthcare environment. This opportunity is ideal for a licensed Physical Therapist with a strong foundation in rehabilitation or acute-care therapy who is passionate about helping patients restore mobility, improve physical function, and achieve greater independence in their daily lives.

The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients' physical abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions designed to improve strength, mobility, balance, and functional performance. Working collaboratively with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals, this individual will play an essential role in supporting patient recovery, preventing functional decline, and promoting positive rehabilitation outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Previous Rehabilitation or Acute Care experience
• Strong understanding of physical therapy assessment, treatment planning, and rehabilitation principles
• Ability to develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment programs
• Strong clinical judgment, patient assessment, and interdisciplinary communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional experience providing Physical Therapy services within rehabilitation or acute-care settings
• Experience treating patients with orthopedic, neurological, or mobility-related conditions
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercise, functional mobility training, and rehabilitation techniques
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Ability to manage diverse patient needs while maintaining high standards of clinical care
• Strong patient education, documentation, and treatment-planning skills

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a licensed Physical Therapist with hands-on rehabilitation or acute-care experience who demonstrates strong clinical assessment skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to helping patients achieve meaningful functional improvements.

Candidates should be comfortable evaluating patients with varying levels of physical impairment, developing appropriate treatment strategies, and collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams to support recovery and long-term independence.

The strongest applicants will bring additional experience in rehabilitation, acute-care physical therapy, or specialized therapeutic interventions, along with the ability to adapt treatment plans to individual patient needs.

Compensation

$104,000 – $124,000 annually

Compensation within the listed range will be determined based on the candidate's Physical Therapy experience, additional clinical expertise, rehabilitation or acute-care background, specialized qualifications, and overall alignment with the position.
