Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist

Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function

Document patient progress and treatments accurately using Net Health

Communicate effectively with therapists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members

Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and mobility techniques

Maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
