Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)

• Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
  
  
• Setting: Primary Care / Walk-In / Outpatient Medical Clinic
  
  
• No weekend schedule expected
  
  

• Conduct comprehensive patient histories and physical examinations
  
  
• Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses and minor injuries
  
  
• Establish and manage ongoing primary-care patients
  
  
• Evaluate and manage chronic medical conditions
  
  
• Provide preventive care, health screenings, and wellness examinations
  
  
• Perform pre-employment, school, DOT, and other physical examinations as appropriate
  
  
• Order and interpret appropriate laboratory and diagnostic testing
  
  
• Provide patient education and individualized treatment plans
  
  
• Prescribe medications within the provider's scope of practice
  
  
• Perform appropriate minor office procedures
  
  
• Evaluate and treat common skin, respiratory, ENT, musculoskeletal, and other outpatient conditions
  
  
• Provide vaccinations and injections when indicated
  
  
• Participate in weight-management and wellness care
  
  
• Provide appropriate follow-up and continuity of care
  
  
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
  
  
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinical staff to provide coordinated patient care
  
  
• Deliver compassionate, professional care while maintaining a patient-centered approach
  
  

• An experienced FNP or PA-C with 3+ years of clinical experience
  
  
• Comfortable practicing in a primary-care and walk-in medical environment
  
  
• Confident evaluating and treating a broad range of adult patients
  
  
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with physicians and clinical staff
  
  
• Strong in clinical decision-making and patient communication
  
  
• Compassionate, dependable, professional, and patient-focused
  
  
• Comfortable managing both acute and chronic medical conditions
  
  
• Interested in developing long-term relationships with patients in the community
  
  
• Committed to providing efficient, high-quality care
  
  

• Current Florida APRN/FNP or PA-C license in good standing
  
  
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
  
  
• Current national certification appropriate to the position
  
  
• Current BLS certification
  
  
• Prescriptive authority appropriate to the provider's credentials
  
  
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
  
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative medical team
