Typical Hours: 7 days a week 8am - 8pm, varies
An established Article 28 healthcare facility located in the Bronx, NY, is seeking a dedicated, patient-focused Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing clinical team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients of all ages, with a focus on family medicine, preventive care, and sports medicine.

Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations, medical histories, and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Provide routine primary care, preventive health services, and follow-up care.
- Evaluate and treat common sports-related injuries and musculoskeletal conditions within the provider's scope of practice.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic tests and coordinate referrals when needed.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and complete medical records.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality and continuity of care.
Qualifications
- Current and active New York State license as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
- Board certification and applicable credentials required for the position.
- Experience in family medicine, primary care, or sports medicine preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, professional, and high-quality patient care.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
