Physician (Cardiology / Interventional)

Total annual salary will consist of a GS Base Pay rate combined with a non-locality 'Market Pay' supplement. Market pay is determined by an Activity Compensation Panel of peer physicians who will evaluate the selectee's clinical specialty, board certifications, regional market data, and depth of professional experience. Market Pay is then reviewed every 24 months to ensure compensation remains competitive and aligned with the local healthcare market. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation

Evaluate specialized cardiac imaging and test results to develop individualized treatment plans.

Conduct catheter-based interventions, device implantations (pacemakers, defibrillators, loop recorders), and advanced diagnostic techniques such as intravascular ultrasound and fractional flow reserve measurement.

Deliver inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular consultation services, ensuring continuity of care across settings.

Teach medical students, residents, and fellows through clinical precepting, lectures, and academic consultation.

Direct and collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, house staff, and ancillary personnel to optimize patient outcomes.

Provide consultative services, chart reviews, and supervisory oversight to maintain high standards of cardiovascular care.
