MGVAMC seeks Radiologist leader to serve as Chief on-site for our inpatient and outpatient facility overseeing quality and operations of our Level 2 hospital with robust outpatient capabilities. Duties include but are not limited to: Primary leadership of Radiology Department on-site at MGVAMC in Spokane Strategic planning for service Budget oversight of service Staffing resource analyses Oversee NTP service contract with MG Oversee fee basis radiologists Serve as MR Safety Officer and Chair of Radiation Safety Committee Read radiology studies and performing interventional procedures on site Ensure operational metrics including productivity and utilization are met for staff radiologists Manage Patient Safety concerns with facility Patient Safety Collaborate with DI Tech Manager and AO to track and manage improvement initiatives Collaborate with other service lines for optimized patient access Serve on leadership and organizational committees as needed.
