What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Partner with an integrated care team including behavioral health, dental, and care coordination
• Focus on prevention, education, and long-term wellness
• Make a meaningful difference in an underserved community

What We're Looking For:

• MD or DO degree with Georgia license
• Board certified
• Commitment to patient-centered, community-based care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for serving vulnerable populations
