💼 Why This Role Rocks:
- 💰 Top-tier compensation – Guaranteed base salary range $235,000 -$350,000 depending on experience.
✅Non-production-based compensation model | New physicians base salary starts in the 10-25 percentile range $215,000 - $245,000 | Additional compensation for call (call pay plus with RVUs) is ⬆️$70,000-$100,000
✅Possibility to earn more by taking on more shifts
- 🩺 Production-based bonus structure – Earn more with additional RVUs
