Your Health & Wellness is looking for a compassionate and energetic Physician (MD or DO) to join our team at our Your Health & Wellness Bethany location. At Your Health & Wellness we are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality healthcare to families across the Oklahoma City metro. We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician who is passionate about caring for patients of all ages and making a meaningful impact in underserved communities. This is a unique role as you will be the sole MD/DO for Your Health & Wellness alongside our amazing Nurse Practitioners allowing you to play a huge role in growing this practice.
The Schedule & Perks You’ll Love
- 36 patient-facing hours each week — paid for 40!

- Full-time status with competitive pay of $230,000-$250,000+ annually (based on experience – let’s chat!)--we are open to part-time as well
- Monday-Friday schedule (could be a 4 1/2 or 4 day work week depending on clinical needs)

Physician Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Perform preventive care, wellness exams, and health screenings
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care
- Build lasting relationships with patients and families
- Participate in care coordination and population health initiatives
- Supervision of NP/PA-C's

What We're Looking For:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine/Internal Medicine
- Current or eligible Oklahoma medical license
- Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply
