Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and diagnose patients presenting with hematologic disorders such as anemia, coagulopathies, and hematologic malignancies.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical evaluations and current best practices.
- Perform and interpret diagnostic procedures including blood tests and bone marrow biopsies.
- Collaborate with other specialists and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about disease processes, treatment options, and lifestyle considerations.
- Keep abreast of the latest research and advancements in hematology to enhance clinical practice.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records complying with healthcare regulations.
Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization or relevant experience in hematology.
- Valid medical license to practice in the UAE, preferably in Sharjah.
- Experience in diagnosing and managing hematologic disorders.
- Proficient in performing diagnostic procedures related to hematology.
- Strong clinical knowledge and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
