Physician (Internal Medicine)

About the Position: This postion is with the Defese Health Agency; located at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital within the Directorate of Medicine Deparment of Medicine, at the Internal Medicine Clinic at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Student Loan repayment may be authorized. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation

Serves as a Physician (Internal Medicine) within a Medical Treatment Facility (MTF).

Provides technical oversight of clinical staff who are assigned to the medical home to enhance team-based care.

Participates in Continuing Medical Education (CME) and quality assurance activities as assigned.

Teaches and provides consultation to other health care providers as assigned.

Safeguards all reports and records according to the Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA) standards.
