Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive and compassionate Patient Care, addressing acute and chronic conditions for diverse patient populations.
• Performs accurate Diagnosis of illnesses and injuries through thorough evaluation and appropriate testing.
• Develops individualized Treatment Planning that aligns with evidence-based medicine and patient preferences.
• Applies strong Clinical Reasoning to interpret complex medical information and make informed decisions.
• Maintains precise and timely documentation within Electronic Health Records (EHR), ensuring continuity of care.
• Demonstrates excellent Communication Skills, effectively engaging with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Conducts detailed Medical History Taking, gathering relevant information to inform diagnosis and treatment.
• Performs thorough Physical Examinations to assess patient health status and identify potential issues.
• Exercises sound judgment in Prescribing Medication, considering efficacy, safety, and patient-specific factors.
• Educates patients on Preventive Medicine strategies, promoting healthy lifestyles and disease prevention.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Completes an accredited residency program in Family Medicine or General Practice.
• Possesses a current and unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.

Experience

• Demonstrates at least two years of post-residency clinical experience in a general practice or family medicine setting.
• Exhibits a proven track record of effective patient management and positive patient outcomes.

Knowledge/Skills

• Possesses deep knowledge of primary care principles, common medical conditions, and treatment modalities.
• Applies expert skills in Patient Care, Diagnosis, and Treatment Planning.
• Utilizes advanced Clinical Reasoning to navigate complex medical cases.
• Shows proficiency in using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems for documentation and patient management.
• Exhibits outstanding Communication Skills, both verbal and written, with diverse audiences.
• Excels in Medical History Taking and conducting comprehensive Physical Examinations.
• Demonstrates competence in Prescribing Medication safely and effectively.
• Emphasizes and practices principles of Preventive Medicine and health promotion.

Preferred Qualifications

• Achieves Board Certification in Family Medicine or a related primary care specialty.
• Possesses experience with specific EHR platforms relevant to our organization.
• Demonstrates interest or experience in specific areas such as women's health, pediatrics, or geriatrics.
