Physician (MD/DO) (Sicklerville, NJ)

Overview

An established healthcare organization in Sicklerville, NJ is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician (MD/DO) to join its clinical team. This full-time, in-person role combines direct patient care with clinical leadership, including medical policy development, staff education and regulatory readiness.

What You'll Do

• Deliver quality, respectful and professional care to all patients
• Help plan, develop and organize the medical services provided
• Develop and review medical policies related to patient care
• Perform physical examinations at admission and on a regular and as-needed basis
• Take part in comprehensive care planning and discharge planning
• Provide ongoing medical training and education to clinical staff
• Help prepare for regulatory agency site visits
• Ensure clinical care meets Federal, State and local regulatory requirements
• Order, evaluate, adjust and discontinue medication dosages using sound medical and ethical judgment, and review any changes directly with patients

What You Bring

• Active license to practice medicine (MD or DO)
• Current DEA registration in good standing
• Up to date on Continuing Medical Education (CME) licensure requirements
• Current, substantial knowledge of health center licensing and operations, including legal/regulatory, administrative, policy, protocol and clinical issues, especially within a managed care environment
• Prior experience providing services and leading in a culturally and linguistically diverse setting, with demonstrated success
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity to the needs of a diverse patient population

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time
• Day shift
• In person (on-site)
• $200,000 - $350,000 per year
