Witham Health Services is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN to join our established women's health team. This is a full-time, hospital-employed opportunity within a collaborative, community-focused health system.

This opportunity offers a well-rounded OB/GYN practice with a mix of outpatient care, inpatient responsibilities, and surgical procedures. Join an established team where you can build meaningful relationships with patients while providing comprehensive women's health care.

About the Position

• Established practice with 4 physicians and 1 APP
• Outpatient clinic with shared inpatient rounding and delivery responsibilities
• 4 or 4.5 day work week, Monday through Friday
• Shared call schedule with each physician covering approximately 1 weekday per week and every 5th weekend
• Home call available for physicians living within 30 minutes of the hospital
• Full administrative day incorporated into the weekly schedule
• Teaching opportunity available with Marian University

Practice Highlights

• Full-time, hospital-employed position
• Average 15 to 20 patients per day
• Broad range of outpatient gynecologic procedures including IUD and Nexplanon placement, biopsies, colposcopies, and I&D
• Comprehensive surgical practice including hysteroscopy, D&C, ablation, laparoscopy, hysterectomy, LEEP, and a variety of other gynecologic procedures
• Opportunity to begin offering in-office hysteroscopy
• Meditech Expanse EMR
• Collegial medical staff and supportive administration

Candidate Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Eligible for an unrestricted Indiana medical license
• Dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered women's health care
• Comfortable providing both obstetric and gynecologic care
• Interest in building long-term relationships with patients and the community
