Physician Recruiter
Contract: 6+ months
Target pay range: $62-$72/hr
Remote - local to Brookline, MA

Must haves:
-5+ years of full-cycle physician and APP recruiting experience
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)

Preferred:
-Bachelor degree strongly preferred
-Workday


The Physician Recruiter manages the full-cycle recruitment and placement of medical doctors and advanced practice providers for a large healthcare provider and research organization. They source candidates, build professional pipelines, coordinate interviews and site visits, and assist with contract and compensation negotiations.

Responsibilities:

• Find qualified Physicians and APP's using job boards, databases, residency programs, social media, and direct outreach.

• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and evaluate candidate alignment with clinical requirements.

• Maintain active relationships with medical talent and track openings using applicant tracking systems.

• Organize site visits, interviews, and meet-and-greets with local department chairs and hospital leadership.

• Provide compensation market data and guide offer discussions between the candidate and the facility.

• Assist with credentialing handoffs, licensing requirements, relocation coordination, and onboarding.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is preferred

• 5+ years of recruiting Physicians and APP's for a healthcare organization.

• Familiarity with medical specialties, physician compensation trends, and healthcare compliance standards.

• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Workday is preferred
• Pay range is $55-70/hr depending on relevant experience.
