Key Responsibilities

• Patient Examination: Conduct thorough examinations, obtain medical histories, record results, and develop preliminary diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Diagnostic Testing: Administer or order diagnostic tests such as X-rays, electrocardiograms, and blood work; interpret test results accurately.
• Therapeutic Procedures: Perform procedures including immunizations, injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management.
• Care Planning: Develop and implement patient care plans, provide patient education and counseling, and document progress.
• Medication Management: Prescribe medications in compliance with state guidelines and clinic regulations.
• Health Education: Offer guidance on diet, family planning, mental health, and overall health maintenance.
• Emergency Care: Provide care for emergency situations and perform complex procedures as needed.
• Patient Management: Oversee patient care, ensuring adherence to compliance, safety, and HIPAA policies.
• Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with access to sensitive patient information.
