This position is eligible for Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program. You must meet specific eligibility requirements per VHA policy and submit your EDRP application within four months of appointment. The incumbent will manage both outpatient and inpatient consults and provide procedural and surgical intervention as clinically indicated. Duties include but not limited to: Performing rounds on inpatients to evaluate patients Obtaining and interpreting appropriate studies including labs and radiologic studies On call to evaluate Urology consults from the ED or other inpatient services Obtain and document H&Ps on new consults in EMR Record inpatient update notes in EMR Admit, discharge or transfer patients as needed Evaluate outpatient consults Outpatient clinic Outpatient procedures, Cystoscopy and Biopsy Perform Urologic procedures in the Operating room Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm.
