Provide physiotherapy care to patients with post-operative, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions in inpatient and outpatient settings, developing and updating individualized treatment plans.

Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 8:30AM – 6:00PM
Salary: $5,000 – $7,000
Job Description
- Independently manage a diverse caseload, including post-operative, neurological, and musculoskeletal cases in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Assess patients and develop individualized rehabilitation goals and treatment plans.
- Conduct reassessments for active rehabilitation and maintenance cases.
- Review and update rehabilitation plans and treatment progress.
- Plan and coordinate patient discharge.
- Participate in service development and departmental initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to entry-level Physiotherapists, Therapy Assistants, and students.
- Support cross-coverage within the rehabilitation team.
- Conduct independent case management and case discussions.
- Prepare incident reports when required.
- Collect and maintain statistical data for regular reporting.
- Participate in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and peer teaching activities.
- Recommend improvements to therapy programmes and rehabilitation services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy recognized by the Singapore Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
- Registered with AHPC and possess a valid Practising Certificate.
- Possess a valid BCLS + AED certification.
- Minimum 3–6 years of relevant experience in a hospital or nursing home setting.
- Experience in community care and aged care settings will be an advantage.
- Postgraduate qualifications in Physiotherapy or related fields will be advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
