- Conduct physiotherapy assessments and provide appropriate rehabilitation interventions.
- Deliver therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, manual therapy and other suitable modalities.
- Prescribe walking aids and assistive devices where required.
- Educate patients, caregivers and healthcare professionals on safe mobility and rehabilitation.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and patient statistics.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team on care and discharge planning.
- Follow professional, ethical, confidentiality, infection control and workplace safety standards.
- Participate in training, departmental activities and student supervision where required.
- Support equipment maintenance and other departmental or leadership duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Physiotherapy
- Full registration with APHC
- At Least 3 years of working experience in Geriatric Care
