Requirements
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy.
- Affinity with or experience in rehabilitation care.
- Flexible, socially skilled, and solution-oriented.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch.
- Proficiency in Papiamento or willingness to learn it quickly.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
You will assess, treat, and support clients with neurological and orthopedic conditions using specialized physiotherapist techniques. You will develop individualized treatment plans and ensure their effective implementation throughout the rehabilitation process.
You will provide advice and guidance to clients regarding assistive devices and supportive equipment. In addition, you will report progress periodically to the rehabilitation physician and other relevant stakeholders.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate client records and documentation. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will actively participate in professional meetings and case discussions.
Furthermore, you will contribute to innovation and development within the field of physiotherapy by initiating new ideas and improvements in clinical practice.
