Are you compassionate, dedicated, and eager to make a positive impact in your local community? We are seeking reliable Caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality home care and personal assistance to clients throughout Pickens County and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities (grooming, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene).

• Provide medication reminders and assistance with mobility/transfers.

• Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and running local errands.

• Provide meaningful companionship and supportive emotional care.

• Monitor health and well-being, reporting any changes to supervisory staff/family.

• (CNAs) Record vital signs, assist with health-related tasks, and document care plans as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Prior caregiving or CNA experience preferred (we are willing to train candidates with the right attitude and passion for helping others).

• CNA License: Valid Alabama CNA Certification required for CNA roles (not required for Caregivers).

• Transportation: Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance.

• Background Check: Must be able to pass a standard background check

• Skills: Strong communication skills, patience, empathy, and dependability.
