Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Order Picker to join our warehouse team. The Order Picker is responsible for accurately selecting customer orders from warehouse inventory and staging them for packing. This position plays a critical role in ensuring customers receive the correct products, in the correct quantities, and on time.
Successful candidates demonstrate strong attention to detail, maintain productivity throughout the shift, and consistently follow established warehouse procedures while working safely.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately locate and pick customer orders according to printed pick tickets and warehouse procedures.
- Verify item numbers, quantities, product descriptions, and unit of measure before removing inventory.
- Organize picked orders neatly and securely for transfer to the packing station.
- Report inventory discrepancies, damaged product, missing inventory, or location issues.
- Maintain expected productivity while preserving high order accuracy.
- Follow proper product handling procedures.
- Keep warehouse aisles clean and organized.
- Assist with replenishment, inventory counts, and other warehouse duties.
- Cross-train in other warehouse functions.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
