Picking/Packing Fulfillment Associate (M-F, 7am-3:30pm)

Our current opening is for a Fulfillment Associates (picking & packing) with the schedule of Monday - Friday, 7am-3:30pm. This position is based in Elk Grove Village, IL. Starting Pay: $16.50/hour

Responsibilities and Duties

Joining our fulfillment center team means you will be trained in a variety of areas including (but not limited to):

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse software
• Label packages and prepare them for shipment
• Conduct cycle counts, audits and inventory moves using a handheld device
• Process orders in a timely manner
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified) as needed
• Understand the day-to-day warehouse operations, logistics, systems and processes in order to meet shipping deadlines
• Ability to pivot and change tasks pending business needs
